Delivery

Turnaround is typically done within 48 hours, from Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.

Warehouse Locations for Canadian orders are shipped from Kamloops, British Columbia. All US orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.

Carriers used to deliver orders are USPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of placing an order, but must be made via email.

Exchanges are available free of charge. Please enter your Order ID and Email Address to look up your order on this page.

Returns are accepted on used merchandise, provided it is sent back in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for the return shipping, plus a 20% restocking fee.

Order Tracking is provided by the shipping carrier and we will update your order with the necessary information.

Back Orders are created for item(s) that are out of stock, but items that are in stock will be shipped. When the item(s) becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional fees for the second shipment.
